Our room was large, clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. A plus was it had an excellent view of the Charles Bridge and the river! The reception staff, especially Olena, was extremely friendly and helpful.

Great location - very easy to get around the city. The room was spotlessly clean and had well considered amenities. We had a garden room which was very quiet, despite the super central location. We travelled as a group of 6 so had 3 rooms and all the rooms were excellent. The buffet breakfast was good with a range of options, and all the staff helpful and friendly. This is a very good choice for anyone wanting to explore Prague.

I found bed bugs in the bed, and in the morning I woke up to fresh blood stains all over the sheets, along with two crushed bed bugs. It was an absolute horror! There were also old greyish stains on the bedding (likely dried blood that changes color after washing at high temperatures). I’m certain this bed bug problem existed before my stay, and it’s very likely that more than just this room is affected.
