Amazing Hotel

The hotel is amazing and I will definitely stay again and recommend to anyone. It is close enough to everything. Looks beautiful from the moment you walk in. At reception we were welcomed by Filip who was so friendly and cheerful. Told us about the hotel. We were then given cakes and a little note welcoming us to the hotel as well as a complimentary cocktail. The room itself was one of the best I’ve stayed in with the comfiest bed.The room was clean and spacious. The bar and the cocktails are excellent and the bartender was so friendly and made the best cocktails. I could not recommend this hotel enough. I have no faults at all. A perfect stay in Prague. Thank you to Filip and the bartender you were both fantastic!

Lovely, comfortable hotel in Prague

Overall my stay at the Allure was lovely. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. They obtained tickets for two performances without any problems. -The room was beautiful and the bed was very comfortable. There were a few issues with the room. -The Nespresso machine wasn’t clean. After running water through it 7 times (I always do this when using a hotel coffee machine to clear out any remaining grounds), the water still wasn’t clear and there were still grounds in the cup. The maintenance person didn’t understand what the problem was (because he didn’t speak English), and the English speaking person that accompanied him didn’t quite understand either. After much back and forth, I got another machine. Still not perfectly clean. -Water leaked from the shower and this was fixed promptly. -There was some confusion about the amount and kind of towels and this was taken care of promptly. -Lastly, there wasn’t any place to put clothing. The closet didn’t have available shelves, other than the ones that had the hairdryer, robes and slippers. There was a clothing rod with hangers. There was a big space for a suitcase that could have had shelves above it.

The service here was top level. The care and information given at check in was helpful. We also did the breakfast buffet in the morning and were pleased with the selection and service. The room was clean and provided for all of our needs. It was a quick walk to the Old Town Square.

Absolutely LOVED our stay at the Allure. It's a great boutique hotel in a great neighborhood that is convenient to EVERYTHING! Shout out to Martin at the front desk who is kind, fun, and full of info about things to see and do in Prague and he also gave us some fabulous restaurant recommendations. Charlie in the bar, was also really nice and helpful. Overall a GREAT stay!
