The hotel is in an excellent location at Andel Metro and shopping centre, also 300meters from a lift direct to train platforms. The room was clean except for a few black hairs The breakfast was good. Reception staff were excellent. No sauna, no gym...but very quiet, so would stay again.

We had seen the reviews about poor receptionist service, but it was indeed appalling. After a late night train, we checked in to Akcent hotel and found there were at least 5 living and 5 dead big green houseflies in our room. We requested a room change but this was not accommodated. The receptionist refused to even have a look, and said that flies are normal everywhere and it was not the hotel's fault and there was nothing they could do. He couldn't even offer anything except for tissues (not even a broom). We spent half an hour chasing flies out of our room. Horrifying experience and terrible service. The breakfast was decent.

Staff! The room was great, the lady on reception was so nice and The Breakfast had everything in abundance . Metro 10 metres outside the hotel and 1 minute walk to buses and trams and over 40 restaurants within 1 km! Forget staying at The Savoy or The Art Draco or Cosmpopolitan? Stay here at a fraction of the cost 5* service without the cost

The hotel was old but good conditions and helpful staffs! We were a couple and there were two separate beds, but there was no way to close and stick them. Totally breakfast, air-conditioning, and atmosphere were good.

The rooms were spacious, bright and well heated. Location is great with a metro, supermarket next to hotel and a lot of places including a reasonably priced food hall with different cuisines in a major shopping centre nearby.

chose this hotel for two highly sophisticated reasons: the price and the fact that it was closer to the airport than downtown. First impressions were a little… curious, but any doubts vanished at the front desk. The woman there was fantastic,she happily stored our luggage until check-in and then handed us a map that looked like it had been personally curated just for us, complete with circles around the best nearby places to eat. The real surprise was the room. Booked for three, it was enormous. After several stays in rooms where opening a suitcase felt like a strategic exercise, having space to spread out was a luxury. Clean, spacious, and refreshingly comfortable, exactly what we didn’t know we needed.

One night before flying

Unfortunately the bathroom and particularly the toilet was not cleaned prior to my stay / quite nasty. The room was fine but one elevator means elevator waits at times. Breakfast was just ok, could have been better but I have had worse. Great location with metro stop 10 m from door and grocery store equally close.
