Eine schöne Zeit an der ArdÚche

Wir haben in diesem Ferienhaus 14 schöne Tage mit 2-4 Personen und einem Hund verbracht. FĂŒr Hundebesitzer ist wichtig zu wissen, dass das GrundstĂŒck komplett eingezĂ€unt ist und dass unmittelbar hinter dem Haus schöne Wege fĂŒr SpaziergĂ€nge in die Weinberge sind. Ansonsten ist der Pool natĂŒrlich das Highlight der Unterkunft. Innen ist alles wie auf den Fotos zu sehen eingerichtet und bei der Ausstattung der KĂŒche hat es an nichts gefehlt. Genossen haben wir insbesondere den KĂŒhrschrank, der EiswĂŒrfel produzieren kann. Das Haus selber ist gut aufgeteilt und erfĂŒllt seinen Zweck - man darf allerdings auch keine makellose Villa erwarten, eher ein zweckmĂ€ĂŸiges Ferienhaus im SĂŒden. Ein großes Plus ist die Lage des Hauses, wenn man die Umgebung erkunden will. Innerhalb von 30 Minuten kann man mit dem Auto alle wesentlichen Ziele der Umgebung erreichen, ein Kanu- und Fahrradverleih sowie ein Supermarkt mit BĂ€cker sind in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Zum Flußufer im Dorf sind es zu Fuß etwa 10 Minuten. Leider ist unser Pool wĂ€hrend unseres Aufenthalt einmal "grĂŒn" geworden, aber Margaux war schnell vor Ort und innerhalb von zwei Tagen war das Wasser wieder klar. FĂŒr lĂ€rmempfindliche GĂ€ste muss gesagt werden, dass das Haus recht nah an der Hauptstraße liegt. Die große Hecke, die ringsherum vor neugierigen Blicken bewahrt, dĂ€mpft aber auch die StraßengerĂ€usche. Insgesamt hat es uns sehr gut gefallen und wir wĂŒrden das Haus erneut buchen und weiterempfehlen.

Maison idĂ©alement situĂ©e et joliment dĂ©corĂ©e.Le jardin clos et sans aucun vis Ă  vis est un vrai plus pour les enfants et les chiens.Une douche italienne Ă  la place de la baignoire serait idĂ©ale.De nombreux travaux d'extĂ©rieur ont Ă©tĂ© effectuĂ©s depuis les photos, notamment une superbe terrasse qui entoure la piscine.Une pergola serait apprĂ©ciĂ©e pour profiter des repas en terrasse car le mistral empĂȘche souvent d'ouvrir le parasol sous peine de l'abimer.Notre petite famille a bien profitĂ© de ce sĂ©jour en ArdĂšche.La propriĂ©taire a Ă©tĂ© trĂšs agrĂ©able et disponible.
Vue de la terrasse. Le top pour surveiller les enfants dans la piscine tout en prenant son café !

Nous avons eu un bon accueil de la propriĂ©taire qui nous a donnĂ© une liste de « bons Ă  savoir ». Une bonne surprise nous attendait puisqu’une nouvelle piscine venait d’ĂȘtre installĂ©e. La maison est bien Ă©quipĂ©e, nous avons particuliĂšrement apprĂ©ciĂ© l’air conditionnĂ©, le congĂ©lateur/frigo trĂšs grand.

Maison rénovée derniÚrement trÚs agréable et fonctionnelle. Emplacement au calme avec un jardin bien clÎturé pour notre chien. Hote trÚs accueillante. Je recommande pour un séjour en ArdÚche prÚs de vallon pont d'arc. Seul manquant : un lave linge aurait été apprécié.
