Nestled in a magnificent landscape, this villa has a large, sheltered pool area and an exquisite terrace with magnificent views. From here you have a view of the children in the pool. You can also enjoy the enchanting view of the forest! A perfect backdrop for a delicious glass of local wine. The garden exudes a feel-good atmosphere. Oak and pine trees provide refreshing shade and the wonderful Mediterranean scents of lavender and thyme fill the air. This vacation property is the ideal home to enjoy your vacation in Languedoc in peace and quiet. The private pool is located slightly below the house and can be reached via a stone staircase. It is surrounded by a large, tiled terrace, which is illuminated in the evening. The sun loungers invite you to sunbathe.



From the living room you have access to the terrace, which is equipped with a stone barbecue where you can prepare local specialties in summer. The master bedroom opens directly onto the terrace and the mezzanine, which is accessible from the living room, has a double bed for guests. Recent updates include a stylish living room with a wood-burning stove, a renovated hallway, loft insulation and air conditioning in both bedrooms. These features ensure a comfortable stay at any time of year.



Numerous sights and activities surround the charming wine-growing village of Prades. The Canal du Midi offers 21 km of shady banks for you to stroll along. The beautiful villages of Roquebrun, Pézenas and Minerve are also very interesting destinations within a radius of 35 km, as are the towns of Béziers and Narbonne, both of which have a rich cultural heritage and offer pedestrian areas and beautiful parks.

In Lamalou-les-Bains, a spa town just 18 km away, you can relax in one of its hotels in the heart of an exceptional setting. The coastal towns of the Hérault such as Narbonne-Plage, La Grande-Motte, Cap d'Agde, Palavas-les-Flots, Carnon-Plage, Frontignan-Plage or Valras-Plage offer magnificent golden sandy beaches. The natural sites such as the Cirque de Mourèze, the Lac du Salagou, the Haut-Languedoc Regional Nature Park or the Narbonne region are ideal for a family outing.
