Arrived after a long weekend of work to relax ..! Arrived to a birthday party or similar event,checked in and was told no bar no restaurant no pool,would have been good to advise when booking not when we arrived, when being shown to our room i had to climb stairs as lift had floor cleaner blocking and receptionist would not move,she then stood at top of stairs watching me struggle with my case(i'm disabled and on crutches to walk) completely ignored me as if she had better things to do.... Being tired after 4 hour drive i thought may have a sleep but hell no we then had 10 hours of loud ...really loud music till 2:00 in the morning....Great Hey cant get worse can it.....breakfast consisted of one coffee as never saw the waiter after 1st cup arrived, terrible choice , couple of butter wraps, two slices of bread , some rolls and 5 croissants, bottled juice, 1 orange and apple had better choices in a 50euro hotel in france, never bothered next day went to cafe down the road... And just to add in a two day stay we only saw a couple of people twice,no hospitality at all.. Please save your money there's better hotels in Udine i know as i use them normally Will never use this place again...
