The staff, especially at the desk were nothing short of brilliant and their customer service skills were brilliant. We had a couple of issues and they went above and beyond to accommodate us. Excellent value for money and we would go back in a heartbeat!

Housekeeping requires improvement - moved rooms on arrival due to a lot of mess (suspected vomit in or. Bathroom wall and mouthwash on another) second room was better but not immaculate.

The location was great. The housekeeping service was lacking. The bed was never made throughout my 4 day stay. The towels were changed daily and the trash emptied. Vacuuming happened once during my stay due to the amount of salt and sand from the snow. On the last day, the room code was changed before check out. I had to wait 10 minutes to be let back in my room.
