DO NOT STAY! RUN!

Not personable. They acted like they would rather you not be bothering them This was from resevations to needing toilet paper and towels. They actually did not have any towels any time we asked. We did get 1 roll of toilet paper for 3 days and 2 nights. I tried to add an additional night and anytime they actually answered the phone they hung up on me. No breakfast even though their site advertised their was breakfast. Thinking they had breakfast was on of the reasons we chose this motel. They cater to a lot of questionable guys. We made sure our door was double latched. Would have triple latched if it was available. Could see under our door and beside the curtains. Could not get any water any warmer than slightly cold to maybe warm. Not warm enough for showers. Very dark run down and out dated. Neither bed had a level mattress. Ceiling in stained. Bathroom dirty. Things need regrouted. Very flat pillows. Internet did not work 80 per cent of the time. No transport access.

Sadly one of the worst stays I've ever had

I'm still waiting for my refund but what happened was insane yet too personal to say on a review. I had to leave early due to my safety.

Room very dirty. Smelled of smoke although we were to have a non-smoking room. Smoke detector disabled and removed from wall and setting on the refrigerator. Worst was a cockroach in the room. Left and did not stay. Demanding a refund.

Was infested with flies, tub water was brown had to drive over 30 mins to my grandparents condo to shower myself and my kids. Didn’t want to give deposit back and all room was used for was just sleeping. Checked out early wouldn’t give money back no would be kind to accept third party services or work with them. TERRIBLE

I had 3 rooms. The first night we didn’t have electric in the front half in 2 of them. The refrigerators were leaking the entire time we were there also.

This property is ideal if you are planning in visiting Ocean city. Something that I liked from here is that the property is surrounded by many food options like Long Horne restaurant, Olive Garden, McDonald’s, Hardee’s, among others.

The picture online look like five star but when I was in room, the room smell like moldy and with smoke. There is not hot water running. Got sick from sleeping in moldy smelly room. No breakfast. No tea bags or hot water to make tea. Staff for morning he was not professional. He was rude.

As soon as we checked in we noticed the floor was falling apart. Saw about 4 cockroaches within the first 5 minutes. We left and asked for a refund after those 5 minutes.

Terrible place to stay. Smells like cat piss. Door had gap at bottom so you can hear everything. Rooms aren’t properly cleaned and things are broken in them. Booked two nights for a king size bed. Got told when I arrived that they gave my room away and only had twins available. Was given the option to get a refund and leave or take the twins. Absolutely piss poor customer service and the place is a dump. Don’t waste your time here.

The property rooms were dirty, linen was stained and dingy, no working room phones,no hot water handle on the sink, no air conditioner vent cover, no ice machines, hair dryer and outlet not working, tub had soap scum stains and tub handles and knobs dirty and stained, the fridge not cleaned had stains from left over food, the microwave door was rusty, bed linen was stained,and the floors was dirty not mopped, they advertised breakfast and wi-fi- no breakfast offered just coffee and juice, no wi- fi, Over all this hotel was just a filthy wreck. I would not recommend this place to anyone. This place needs to be shutdown. The hotel manager was not accommodating at all. Will never stay at this hotel again. TRASH.
