I really like this place. Checknin was pleasant with a very nice and helpful person on the desk. She was engaged and helpful and made a very positive first impression. The room is well appointed and the overall facility has clearly undergone an amazing transformation into a lovely boutique experience. Well done!

The staff is excellent and the renovations are nice however the room I had smelled so badly of an old smoking room, not enjoyable and the hotel was at capacity so there was no ability to be moved to another room.

The location is great for access to main street and ferry. The front desk staff were very friendly. The room and overall hotel area was clean. Having no one at the front desk later into the night makes it difficult to deal with guests that do not understand that they are not the only people visiting and need gentle reminders for appropriate behaviour. Making a phone call at night will not address the immediate concerns when guests return to hotel in the middle of the night.

Not for anyone who can’t climb stairs. No elevator and a steep flight to the second floor. Very friendly and helpful front desk staff. Clean and obviously recently renovated.

The room was clean but very small with no air conditioning. The parking was limited so had to park at a nearby business. Location was very close to the ferry terminal which was convenient. Check-in staff was very helpful. Even helped carry our luggage . No elevator
