In Berry, near the Creuse region, 5 minutes from the Ligny water sports center, 10 minutes from La Châtre, and in the heart of the rolling George Sand Valley, this eco-friendly house features a private 300 m² garden.

Highlights: heating included in the price, private covered terrace, public children's playground 100 meters away, and wheelchair accessibility. Single-story, with a private, unfenced garden and private parking.

Living area with lounge (sofa bed for 2 people), dining area, and fully equipped kitchen.

3 bedrooms with 160 cm beds (one with the option of two 80 cm beds). Linens are not provided but can be rented.

Bathroom with toilet and walk-in shower.

Separate toilet with sink. Heating via pellet stove (electric as a backup) and solar water heater. Storage available for bicycles or fishing equipment (first-category river - the Indre). Issued on December 5, 2022 (for all four types of disability).

Large cottage, owner lovely and helpful, bathroom seats need to be fixed and down side you have to either pay for bedsheets or bring your own! Cows in sight, lots of bugs, cleaning again: either you pay or DIY😅

Nous avons passé un temps de vacances en famille, et nous étions agréablement surpris de la propreté, de la qualité des meubles et de la literie, ce qui a son importance quand on séjourne pendant une semaine. Le four, le barbecue et le frigo, pourrait être un tout petit peu plus grand. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés, vous ne serez pas déçu.

Calme et sérénité.

Très spacieuse villa de plain pied sans voisinage. Vue sur les prairies, les bois et les chevreuils. Nous avons bien profité de la proximité du domaine de Georges Sand et de son festival de musique autour de Chopin.
