Our typical Breton house, brought up to date, welcomes you in a calm setting conducive to exploring the Bigoudene region. It offers a sea view from each of its windows.

It can accommodate up to 10 people in an interior decorated "seaside spirit" which combines comfort and charm. The 800 m2 plot enclosed by stone walls allows you to laze around, play and park vehicles.

On the ground floor, you will find:

Stunning location on the beach. Beautifully decorated. Well-sized for occupancy.

We had a disappointing start to our visit. We arrived at 3.30pm (check-in time 4.00pm) hoping for a quick trip to the toilet for two of our party after a long drive but were ushered away rather rudely. After a 40 minute walk on the beach we returned. The property was ready but we were told that there was no hot water and that because it was Saturday no-one would be coming to look at it until Monday. At the price we were paying we felt that this was unreasonable so contacted the owner requesting an earlier resolution to the problem or a partial refund. This resulted in a plumber visiting on Saturday. He thought that he had resolved the issue but hadn’t (we didn’t realise this until we tried to shower on the Sunday) so he returned on Monday, We had our first hot water on Monday evening. Also on arrival we were told that check-out was 9.30 on Saturday when the booking confirmation clearly stated 11.00: for us this was the difference between a relaxed family breakfast before we all went our separate ways and a quick getaway. After emailing the owner a screenshot of the booking confirmation she replied that this seemed to be an error on the website but that the cleaner would arrive at 10.30 as a compromise. These issues got our holiday off to an unfortunate start which certainly spoilt the start of our week. This was such a shame because the property is stunning and in an amazing location.

Amazing!

Fantastic house right by the sea. Everything you need for an enjoyable stay. The house is lovely and clean with plenty of room... we were a group of 6 adults! There are nice bars and restaurants within easy walking distance along a coastal footpath. The housekeeper, Sylvie, was on hand when we arrived. She was very nice and made us feel very welcome. We had a brilliant time and will go back again in the future.

Lage Top, Haus sehr gut ausgerĂŒstet

Wir hatten zwei sehr schöne Wochen in Ihrem Haus, insgesamt waren wir eine Familie mit 4 Erwachsenen und 4 Jugendlichen. Der Host hat immer sofort reagiert, wenn etwas war - vielen Dank fĂŒr die HospitalitĂ€t. Die Lage ist grossartig, direkt am Meer, nicht weit zum grossen Sandstrand mit tollen Wellen, ideal fĂŒr Surf-AnfĂ€nger. Die Surfschule ist ebenfalls sehr nahe. Das Haus ist gut ausgerĂŒstet und die Gegend wunderbar. Das Wetter ist, wie es ist in der Bretagne! Das internet ist sehr langsam. FĂŒr Menschen, die auch im Urlaub auf eine schnelle Verbindung angewiesen sind, ist eine private Verbindung ĂŒber mobile Daten empfehlenswert. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert!

Magnifique séjour.

Superbe maison, décorée avec soin et raffinement. Beaucoup d'équipements, rien ne manque. Bien sûr la vue sur la mer dont on ne se lasse pas. De plus, le soleil a bien voulu nous accompagner, c'était parfait. Merci aussi à Sylvie pour son accueil et sa gentillesse.

Unvergesslicher Urlaub

Wir haben dieses Haus und den unglaublichen Blick vom Wohnzimmerfenster aufs Meer sofort geliebt! Alle RĂ€ume sind sehr hĂŒbsch & gleichzeitig gemĂŒtlich eingerichtet. Unsere Kinder (15,12,10) waren oft am Strand vor der HaustĂŒr klettern, kĂ€schern, sogar angeln. Der wunderschöne Sandstrand ist ca. 10 Minuten ĂŒber einen malerischen KĂŒstenweg zu Fuß zu erreichen und wunderschön weitlĂ€ufig. Die langen StrandspaziergĂ€nge waren dann eher das Ding von uns Großen. Die schönen StĂ€dte Quimper (ca. 40 min.) und Concarneau (ca. 60 min.) sind einen Ausflug mit dem Auto wert, auch wenn wir am liebsten am Wasser und dieser herrlichen KĂŒste waren, die alles bietet: Felsen, klarstes Wasser in x Blautönen und weißen Sand. Immer gerne wieder!

Comfortable house, many pros

The house was very comfortable and remained cool in hot wheather..Everything needed was available. The house was clean. Wifi was quite good give heavy use (two ados).. The terrace was very nice.. Note that for swimming in the sea one needs to walk a bit along the coast this is not possible right in front of the house unless one is able to deal with the rocks. For those who seek quiet: the house is very near the neigboour house - this can give noise. Note also that there is a small (~10 cars) parking place between the house and the sea, with coming and going of cars during the day. It is prohibited to stay the night but people do it anyway..

Sehr schönes Haus direkt am Meer

+ tolles Haus, fußlĂ€ufig zum Meer + Blick auf das Meer aus allen Fenstern und von der Terrasse + mit viel Liebe zu Detail eingerichtet (kann mit Kleinkindern aber auch anstrengend sein, da es sehr viele Deko-Objekte gibt) + Ausstattung ist super, es ist alles da was man braucht (auch ein Holzkohlegrill, der im Inserat nicht erwĂ€hnt wird) - Die Kaution von 500€ wird im Inserat leider nicht erwĂ€hnt - Die Abreise soll zwar bis 9.30 Uhr sein, Sylvie kommt aber schon um 9 Uhr. Ab dann geht sie durchs Haus und prĂŒft alles, wenn man selber noch nicht fertig ist, wird es dann also unentspannt. - die Betten mĂŒssen selbst bezogen werden und bei Abreise auch wieder abgezogen werden (sollte man bei der Zeitplanung bis 9 Uhr mit einkalkulieren). Alles in allem hatten wir einen tollen Aufenthalt mit 2 Familien und wĂŒrden das Haus aufgrund der Lage und NĂ€he zum Meer wieder buchen und weiterempfehlen.

Vue magnifique sur l’Atlantique

Une maison trĂšs bien agencĂ©e, joliment dĂ©corĂ©e et trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e. Son emplacement Ă  quelques dizaines de mĂštres de la mer est idĂ©al avec une mention spĂ©ciale pour la vue permanente sur l’ocĂ©an depuis quasiment toutes les piĂšces.

😀 tolles Haus, super Ausstattung, in der KĂŒche alles Erdenkliche vorhanden, alle Zimmer sehr schön eingerichtet, entspricht der Beschreibung, Meer 25Meter entfernt, bewachter Badestrand 10 Minuten zu Fuß 🙁 Kommunikation mit der zustĂ€ndigen Dame nur auf französisch, es mussten 500€ Kaution hinterlegt werden, was vorher nicht bekannt war

C’est la maison idĂ©ale pour des vacances au plus prĂšs de la mer. Vue imprenable, maison offrant un confort plus que parfait et trĂšs agrĂ©ablement dĂ©corĂ©e. Le deuxiĂšme salon Tv salle de jeux est un plus pour qu’adultes et enfants trouvent leur place en fin de journĂ©e. Les nombreux Ă©quipements extĂ©rieurs permettent Ă©galement de profiter du jardin fleuri devant l’ocĂ©an. En conclusion: nous reviendrons l’annĂ©e prochaine!

Superbe maison de vacances bord de mer

Nous avons passĂ© une superbe semaine de vacances dans cette chaleureuse et accueillante maison, idĂ©alement conçue pour deux familles avec ados (9 personnes en tout) ! La salle de jeu (baby foot/ vidĂ©o) Ă  l'Ă©tage Ă©tait parfaite pour nos ados, la cuisine et la piĂšce Ă  vivre sont fonctionnelles et agrĂ©ables avec une superbe vue sur l'ocĂ©an depuis le salon. La cuisine est trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e et il y a tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin en termes de vaisselle et accessoires. Les chambres sont meublĂ©es avec goĂ»t et la literie de bonne qualitĂ©. L'accueil sur place a Ă©tĂ© parfait de mĂȘme pour le dĂ©part. A noter, Ă©videmment, la situation exceptionnelle de la maison de laquelle il est aisĂ© de sortir se promener le long de la plage sans besoin d'utiliser son vĂ©hicule. En tout point de vue, nous recommandons cette location et serons ravis d'y revenir.

Une maison merveilleuse dans un site tout aussi merveilleux

Quelle maison! Merci infiniment. Cela fait de nombreuses annĂ©es que nous louons dans le FinistĂšre sud et c’est la premiĂšre annĂ©e oĂč nous nous sommes sentis comme Ă  la maison. Aucune dĂ©ception, la maison est dĂ©corĂ©e et meublĂ©e avec beaucoup de goĂ»t et dispose de tous les Ă©quipements nĂ©cessaires. On peut pleinement profiter des vacances. La maison est Ă  quelques mĂštres du sentier cĂŽtier avec une magnifique vue sur la baie d’audierne et Ă  5 minutes Ă  pied d’une plage surveillĂ©e et d’un spot de surf et de char Ă  voile. Avant l’arrivĂ©e il est trĂšs apprĂ©ciable de recevoir un courriel prĂ©cisant les principaux sites Ă  visiter. L’accueil est chaleureux et personnalisĂ© avec une explication precise. Vivement l’annĂ©e prochaine!

Merveilleuse maison en bord de mer

Nous avons passĂ© de trĂšs belles vacances dans cette maison. Tout Ă©tait trĂšs bien organisĂ©, il ne manquait de rien. Superbe vue sur la mer, Ă  quelques pas des plages. Baignade, surfer, pĂȘche Ă  pied, sortie Ă  cheval sur la plage... tout Ă©tait faisable sans voiture (pour les chevaux en vĂ©lo en dix minutes...). L‘intĂ©rieur de la maison est trĂšs bien choisi. Il ne manque lĂ  aussi de rien. La maison n'est pas seulement Ă©quipĂ©e de maniĂšre pratique, mais aussi meublĂ©e avec goĂ»t. On espĂšre pouvoir y revenir un de ces jours. Merci pour tout

Un séjour MAGNIFIQUE!

La maison a Ă©tĂ© parfaite en tout point. Elle est grande, lumineuse et trĂšs propre. La cuisine est toute neuve est trĂšs bien agencĂ©e. La vue sur l'ocĂ©an depuis la terrasse, la grande baie vitrĂ©e ou les chambres est un rĂ©gal. Nos enfants ont mĂȘme pu pĂ©cher des araignĂ©es de mer lors de la grande marĂ©e. L'accueil a Ă©galement Ă©tĂ© parfait. Merci pour tout! nous reviendrons.
