The Il Buchetto vacation home is located in the quiet historic center of Potenza Picena, a town in the province of Macerata known for its numerous churches and rolling hills. We are 11 minutes from the sea and beaches of Porto Potenza Picena and just a few meters from the Porta Girola steps, which lead to the Pincio (panoramic terrace), where you can admire the Marche hills with the backdrop of Mount Conero, surrounded by the Adriatic Sea.

The property has been recently renovated and is equipped with heating for winter and air conditioning for summer, with smart controls for comfort and energy efficiency. The ground floor features a laundry area and a shower. On the first floor, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen (induction stove, oven, coffee maker, kettle, dishes, etc.), two tables, and a sofa bed. On the second floor, you'll find a bathroom, a hallway with a sofa bed, and a bedroom with a king-sized bed. Wi-Fi is fast and free. There are three televisions: one in the living room, one in the hallway, and one in the bedroom. Sheets, towels, and complimentary toiletries are provided. Baby playpens and high chairs with trays are always available.

Free parking is available in front of the property, and if it's full, there are additional parking spaces within a few meters. All major services are located near the property, including bars, restaurants, a pharmacy, a bank, a delicatessen, supermarkets, and the Potenza Picena tourist association. The area is very quiet and peaceful, usually uncrowded. Porto Potenza, Porto Recanati, Civitanova Marche, and Loreto are all easily accessible within 10 minutes.
