It consists of a total of 3 apartments and the apartment "Laugen", which boasts high-quality parquet flooring, is located on the 1st floor and stretches over 2 storeys. It has a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a functionally equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one of them with a bunk bed and a single sofa bed (1.6 m wide); the other, which can be accessed through the 1st room, with a double bed) as well as one bathroom and is therefore ideal for families with 2 children or teenagers. The entire apartment has been modernised to ensure an absolute feel-good factor. Moreover, it is equipped with Wi-Fi, air conditioning and satellite TV. The apartment also has a special feature: a living net of the company Lofnets, which is located under the roof window and is therefore perfect for chilling out and reading. In the communal outdoor area of the accommodation you will find a covered and an open terrace, a garden as well as a pool, which invites you to refresh yourself on warm summer days. Prepare delicious meals and enjoy them in the fresh air or relax on the comfortable lounge furniture in the garden with an exciting book. There is also a private balcony where you can start the day with a cup of hot coffee. Moreover, children can enjoy hours of fun in the playground, which is located on the property. A selection of shops, restaurants, bars and cafés in Merano can be reached in 11 km or a 13-minute drive, and a small selection of restaurants and a supermarket are within walking distance (approx. 500 m). The city of Bolzano is 26 km away (a 30-minute drive) and is perfect for a day trip.
