CASA SAVANA - POSITANO
Located close in Positano, one of the Amalfi coast’s most iconic tourist spots, Casa Savana is a lovely modern apartment with a terrace and sea views. Suitable for families, the apartment is just 1 km from Positano’s main beach and within walking distance of the nearest shops and restaurants. The apartment’s central location means that you can get around easily by public transport but if you have a car, public paid parking is available.

Casa Savana (140 sqm) develops over two levels. Access to the apartment is from the main street and includes around 100 steps.

The ground floor consists of an open plan living room with French windows that lead onto a furnished terrace. In the living, you will find a sitting area (with sofa), a dining area (with table seating 6) and a well-equipped kitchen area (with gas hob, double sink, oven, microwave, fridge freezer). In the sleeping area on this level, you will find one double bedroom (with king size bed) and one bathroom (with shower, wash basin, bidet, and toilet).

Great views

The villa in Positano is located on the hill of Positano. You can reach the ferry terminal and the beach by going down more than 600 steps. From the balcony of the villa, you can see the city view, ocean and mountain view of Positano Hill. If you are healthy and can climb the steps, this is definitely a good place to stay. The villa has three rooms, one downstairs and two on the second floor, and two bathrooms. The master bedroom on the second floor has a better view. There are terraces on the first and second floors, where you can sit on the terrace and enjoy the beautiful view. Although the villa is equipped with a kitchen, coffee machine, kettle, bathroom and washing machine, the owner does not provide coffee, tea, kitchen paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, body soap and laundry detergents. We were told that we should buy these ourselves. After we communicated with the owner's agent, they agreed to provide kitchen paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, body soap and laundry detergents. There was a leak in the roof of the bathroom and the master bedroom on the second floor, and it was recommended to replace the ironing board cover and iron and clean the washing machine. From the photos, it looks very dirty. If we paid the equivalent of a 5 star hotel and stayed for 6 nights, the experience was not very pleasant.
