This home has undergone renovations from top to bottom in the last 3 years with a brand new Kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom just completed in April 2025 - Come stay in this fabulous historic and waterfront home. Our home sits on a quiet street, in a revitalizing historic neighborhood. The home has four bedrooms and three baths. Children have their own special place on the third floor. We like to call it fish camp.

Enjoy the charm of this 100 year old home, with modern touches. The water and shared dock are often visited by ducks, Canadian geese, Blue Heron, Egrets, or an occasional Bald Eagle.

With 4 bedrooms including a king, queen, full, and twin bed, guests will find tremendous comfort here. The 3 bathrooms are equipped with all the amenities of home. Kickback, relax, and enjoy everything Portsmouth and our house has to offer.

The house is beautiful with everything you need for a relaxing stay. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and water view. The fire pit was amazing for the cooler nights. Allyson is an amazing host and very responsive. Our son was returning from deployment and we thoroughly enjoyed the location and hospitality. Thank you, Allyson!
