In town for a funeral, got there way too early for check in. Staff at the desk let us check in with an early fee at 3:30 am and we didn't have to check out at 11 then check back in at 4. He was our hero for sure. Thank you Sir

This was a nice stop for a good nights rest on the way to Maine. We enjoyed a good nights sleep and then finished our drive. I do wish they would offer some bagels and a simple breakfast but that seems to be going out the window on a lot of hotels. Complimentary breakfast is a fair expectation imo. Very clean and great location so overall I would recommend this place a a solid night stay.

Nice hotel overall with great proximity to the Highway. The bathroom is very small so if you’re little on the bigger side, it may be an issue. Room was very far from elevator, and we were never able to find a luggage cart but overall it was clean and did the trick. The Roundabout Diner next-door is excellent.

The staff was excellent and very helpful. The property is starting to show its age. Has a great dinner attached was excellent. We stayed in an older part of the hotel where we had a non working jet tub with very high sides. And the tile floor very slippery with wet feet.

I’m not a sound sleeper, I get to sleep well, but I am awake 3 hours later. I woke up at 3:15 and tossed and turned until about 4:30. I got back to a nice restful sleep WHEN THE FRIGGING ALARM CLOCK WENT OFF AT 6:00!!! I WAS PISSED AND I STILL AM!!

Where do I start? 1. Our tub wasn’t draining properly & as a result my sister fell & smashed her head & shoulder. When this was mentioned to housekeeping it was laughed off. It wasn’t funny to us. 3 weeks later and her shoulder is still sore. 2. Out of 14 days we only had housekeeping 3 times. We had to grab our own supplies. 3. Our fridge froze EVERYTHING. We ended up throwing out 90% of our leftovers because we they would either be frozen solid or 50% frozen which isn’t safe to eat. Lots of money wasted. We tried to turn it down and it didn’t work. Our drinks also froze solid. 4. There was something sharp sticking up right at the bathroom door. Nothing was done. 5. As we were packing up to leave we noticed black mold on the ceiling. We were there for 14 days breathing that in. It looks like the room above might have had a leak and it was just crappily painted over. I wish we looked closer when we noticed the pain job. 6. The whole room just had a damp feeling to it. The only positives were the extremely friendly front desk staff. They always had a smile on their faces and apologized profusely for the lack of housekeeping. The beds were extremely comfortable which was nice because it was a long stay. The best part was the delicious diner next door. Highly recommended even if you don’t stay here. This isn’t the norm for this hotel. I travel to NH every couple months and this is my go to hotel. I am willing to give them one more chance solely out of convenience.
