Holiday Home 'Trilocale Maestrale Beach' with Sea View, Private Terrace & Air Conditioning

For rent in Portoferraio, on the beautiful north coast, a charming three-room apartment on a raised ground floor (about 10 steps) with a furnished outdoor area. The white pebble beaches—such as Seccione (150 m on foot), Sansone, Viticcio, Capo Bianco, and Le Ghiaie—make this area famous and enchanting. It's the ideal solution for families and couples seeking peace and relaxation, while still being close to town and main services.

The apartment has a private entrance and parking space. It features a terrace with dining table and barbecue, a kitchen-living room, a double bedroom with air conditioning and bathroom; the double bedroom connects to a twin room with private bathroom with shower and amenities. Lovely outdoor space with table, chairs, and sea view.

Pets are welcome if notified in advance.

Seccione Beach, known locally as Prunini, is a gem of Portoferraio’s coast. Nestled beneath the steep Montebello coastline, it is surrounded by lush Mediterranean vegetation that reaches down to the shore, providing some natural shade and shelter. The beach is a mix of gravel and sand, nearly 200 m long—a unique spot for those who want to truly feel the island atmosphere.

Casa vissuta, con panorama spettacolare. Peccato per i tanti scalini.

Pros: La casa ha un panorama veramente spettacolare, la cucina ben attrezzata. Una veranda, con tetto, completa per pranzi, cene, cucinare e barbecue. I letti erano buoni. Il posto auto nel cortile condominiale molto apprezzato. Cons: 2 Piccoli nei: i gli scalini per arrivare in casa e le stanze da letto poco aerate, compensate dalla presenza del condizionatore .
