PÉSSIMO

Somos um casal com mais de 65 anos. O Hotel nos alojou no SEGUNDO ANDAR (não tem elevador). O estacionamento do hotel, em realidade, é a um quarteirão do hotel e temos de pegar e devolver o controle do portão na recepção. O café da manhã é servido em bar aberto e passagem de lotérica. WIFI não funcionou. Tivemos de ir a recepção e por quase uma hora ficamos usando o Wifi da recepção que realmente funcionava. "Descobrimos" que aquela senha da recepção funcionava bem no SEGUNDO ANDAR e isso resolveu um pouco. Única coisa que salvou foi a educação dos atendentes que - percebendo as deficiências do hotel - procuravam ajudar. Este hotel não deveria estar na vossa lista.
