Located 700 m from the superb fine sandy beach of St Cyprien, in a peaceful, tree-lined park with swing and boules pitch, this small residential complex offers a large stone house and 6 small villas all air-conditioned with TVs and private terraces
Closed residence. Parking inside. Guardian present year round

In the village, 800 m away, there is a small shopping center and all amenities.

Porto vecchio is 7 km away. The small villas are all equipped with dishwasher, fridge, gas stove, toaster, microwave, kettle, satellite TV, barbecue, garden furniture, air conditioning / heating. Shared washing machine available.


This small villa is planned for 2/4 people, it consists of a bedroom with 1 double bed, a living / dining room with 1 sofa bed, an American kitchen, bathroom / wc, covered terrace.

Compulsory cleaning of 50 € to be paid on arrival with the balance of the reservation in cash or bank transfer 48 hours in advance.

Petit ensemble de mini-villas (6), logement assez vaste et confortable pour 4, parfait à 2... Grande chambre avec beaucoup de rangements, séjour avec canapé-lit. Vaisselle limitée à 4 personnes... Très calme, la route pour la plage est en cul-de-sac mais la résidence étant à plus d'un km, nous n'avons pas hésité à utiliser notre voiture (!!!). En juin il y avait toujours de la place sur le parking, ce qui n'est sans doute pas le cas en juillet/août...

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à 2 en septembre dans cette location. Maison calme et agréable, parking très pratique. Christophe est très disponible et sympathique, nous le remercions encore ! En positif : - 700 m de la mer ; on peut y aller à pied, mais prévoir un chapeau car le chemin est en plein soleil - calme, - très bon accueil du gardien - propriété sécurisé - 2 machines à laver le linge dans la résidence (ouverture 24 h/24) - climatisation En négatif (mais normalement tout doit être refait) - vaisselle minima (mais il y a un lave-vaisselle) - salle de bain avec un petit bac à douche. - WC dans la salle de bain - Robinets mélangeur ainsi que dans la cuisine que l'on avait du mal à fermer Mais dans l'ensemble nous avons été satisfaits de notre séjour.

Residence davvero bello circondato da piante e fiori ,con deliziosi giochi esterni per bambini e tavoli a disposizione di tutti. Gli appartamenti sono puliti Luminosi e dotati di giardino privato e terrazzo. Comodissimo per la Bella spiaggia di st Cyorien a 700’mt,Porto-Vecchio raggiungibile in auto in 15 minuti; supermercato a 5 minuti di auto,unico problema gli insetti ma è normale visto che si è immersi praticamente in un giardino . Problema risolvibile tenendo finestre chiuse e aria condizionata ! davvero consigliatissima!

Da uns diese Unterkunft nicht gefallen hat, sind wir nach der hälfte der Zeit abgereist. Es war eine Vielzahl von Punkten, die uns gestört hatte: kein Internet in der Wohnung, Bettwäsche und endreinigung muss extra bezahlt werden, die Wohnung ist sehr einfach eingerichtet (das Bett ist eher ein Klappbett), im Garten eine (?) Liege und ein kaputter, dreckiger Tisch....

Un logement facilement accessible... on a eu un très bon contact avec Christophe le gérant des lieux qui nous a conseillé des coins à visiter et mis une petite pensée pour nous accueillir. Nous ne sommes resté que 2 nuits donc nous avons peu utilisé le logement mais il nous a plu... il était fonctionnel et propre avec une petite terrasse super sympa. Le coin est calme et agréable.

La mini villa est très agréable, propre, fonctionnelle, climatisée, avec une loggia entourée de chênes lièges (où on assiste quotidiennement au spectacle des pics épeiches tambourinant, extra!). Elle est très bien située, proche de plages très agréables San Ciprianu mais aussi Cala Rossa ou Benedettu. Le gardien est très accueillant et serviable, de très bon conseil. On est tout prêt à renouveler l'expérience.

Agréable séjour, bien que surprise à l'arrivée on nous réclame 50 € de ménage qui ne figurent pas sur la facture, alors que lors de nos précédentes location par le même organisme, le ménage figurait sur la facture. Ces frais de ménage sont signalés dans une remarque en bas des tarifs , mais après avoir réservé, je n'ai pas lu les petits caractères.

Séjour en Corse sud

Super séjour à Lecci/St cyprien. Près de Porto Vecchio et de ses magnifiques plages, à 35 km de Bonifacio au sud et de solenzara au nord, à proximité de petits villages de montagne d' où partent de nombreux sentiers de randonnée, St cyprien est l' endroit de location idéal pour découvrir la Corse du Sud. Le logement est sympa et Christophe le gardien très à l' écoute pour répondre à la moindre sollicitation. Nous sommes très satisfaits de notre séjour.

Endroit parfait près de la mer.

Endroit bien équipé et très sécuritaire. Le gardien des lieux est très accueillant et serviable. Parfait pour des vacances à la mer ou pour visiter le sud de la Corse. Le seul inconvénient qui nous a causé un problème: l'adresse qui nous a été fournie était 224 au lieu de 244 Chemin de la Mer. Nous avons cherché longtemps. Mme Xuereb Sauli nous a fourni de bons conseils pour nos visites. Louise et MIchel du Québec
