Villa very quiet in a green setting, 1 km from the beautiful beach of Palombaggia.

Beautiful heated pool fully enclosed by a secure fence and spa (jacuzzi). The house is fully air-conditioned, very comfortable and clear. Large outdoor terrace with a partial sea view, with outdoor dining set and lounge, BBQ. Large living room, fully equipped kitchen. 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom on the ground floor and master bedroom upstairs with its bathroom and dressing room. Baby kit on request (cot, mattress).
The house is ideal for relaxing and close to the sea.
The house is not located in a residence but on a large private lot. It gives the impression of being nestled in the hills ("maquis"). It is possible to walk to the beach but a car is recommended.

An absolutely perfect stay!

We have just had the most fantastic holiday at this property. From enquiry through to check out, all communication was quick and thorough. Charles was extremely prompt in answering our questions and accommodating our family. Ludo checked us in and despite our inability to speak French, the process was easy. (Google translation worked wonderfully!) Our luggage was delayed by 24 hours and Ludo communicated with the French staff at the airport and personally delivered our luggage. We were very grateful for this. The property itself is clean and has everything one could want for a perfect holiday. The pool was cleaned regularly during our stay and the jacuzzi was such fun. For a remote area, the internet speed was pretty impressive. The location is also perfect - an easy distance to Porto Vechio (15 min), Palombaggia (5 min) and local grocery stores (10 min). The beauty of the property location is that is has breathtaking views of the valley - very quiet and peaceful. We would most definitely stay again.

Great property- great pool - great holiday

Our family of 4 had a totally relaxing holiday here. The villa was superb- great kitchen - everything you need to feed a family, great bedrooms, good air con and fantastic pool- also a jacuzzi- though it was too hot for us to use while there. I have not used HomeAway before so I was a bit surprised about the extras charged - cleaning, linen etc -( I have not been charged these before when booking through other companies) so check the extras before booking- as I didn’t see them. The contact with the owner was prompt and informative and his English is excellent - it does help to understand a little French- as the gentleman that shows you around the property has a bit of English but there are no written instructions - which would probably help. The views from the patio and pool area are beautiful over the hills and it’s an easy 1 -1.5km walk down to the beach - which is amazing- I regularly ran down had a swim and ran back up to the villa before breakfast. There is a Spar shop about 4km away on the T10 turn off to the villa which stocks everything you may need for your stay. With a great bakery next door - we can recommend the bread, croissant, and patisserie 😋. Great holiday - thanks

Très belle prestation

Habitation conforme aux photos et à la description et trèscalme, a proximitéde magnifiquesplages en voiture. Très bon contact avec le loueur qui prend soin de donner toutes les explications nécessaires à l'avance. On s'est senti comme a la maison, la vue e ceptionnelle ,la piscine et le spa en plus... tout le confort y est et le propriétaire est très attentif à nos besoins. Je recommande vivement et ne sommes pas à l'abri d'y retourner. Merci beaucoup

Merveilleux séjour en Corse

La maison de Charles est située dans les hauteurs de Porto Vecchio ce qui permet d'être au calme tout en étant proche de toutes les activités. La maison est magnifique, très propre et toute équipée. Nous avons pu profiter de la piscine et du jacuzzi tous les jours. Un grand merci à Ludo et Charles pour leur accueil. Nous avons hâte de prévoir nos futures vacances en Corse !!!

Séjour parfait 👌

Tres bon séjour dans un cadre idyllique, la villa correspond en tout point à la description de l'annonce . Rdv pris avec ludo qui nous amène directement sur place avec visite et explications des divers installations de la maison, tout est parfait .. Rencontre avec le propritaire charles venu nous saluer et également nous donner quelques bonnes adesses de sa Corse natale à ne pas louper . Ludo reste disponible tt le long du sejour si une question venait à se poser. Bref, semaine au top . Merci à vous deux .

Un séjour de rêve, au calme et au cœur de la nature.

Nous avons passé une semaine fabuleuse en famille. Située à quelques minutes des belles plages de Palombagia, la villa est fonctionnelle, moderne et offre une vue splendide sur la montagne. Le coin piscine est le gros point fort de la maison. Le propriétaire, Charles, tout comme Ludo, l’intendant, sont très réactifs, disponibles et agréables. Nous y retournerons.

Traumhafte Villa, tolle Lage, gute Ausstattung

Nous avons passé deux semaines dans la villa avec nos amis. La maison est très bien équipée, la description correspond exactement à l'annonce. La maison se trouve à 5-10 minutes en voiture de la belle plage de Palombaggio, il y a beaucoup de bons restaurants dans les environs, sur la plage ou aux alentours de la plage, la plupart avec vue sur la mer, un supermarché Spa est à proximité. Charles a pu nous recommander des restaurants sympathiques, la communication a parfaitement fonctionné, les questions ont été immédiatement répondues. Le check-in et le check-out se sont déroulés sans problème. Nous avons apprécié la belle piscine et le calme. Nous y retournerons volontiers !!!! Une seule suggestion : Des moustiquaires devant les chambres seraient bien, on pourrait alors dormir la nuit sans climatisation et simplement avec de l'air frais, avec la fenêtre ouverte nous avions malheureusement directement les moustiques dans la chambre. Wir haben zwei Wochen in der Villa mit unseren Freunden verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, die Beschreibung entspricht genau dem Inserat. Das Haus liegt 5-10 Autominuten zum schönen Strand von Palombaggio, in der Umgebung sind viele schöne Restaurants, am Strand oder in Umgebung des Strandes, meist mit Blick aufs Meer, ein Spa Supermarkt ist in der Nähe. Charles konnte uns nette Restaurants empfehlen, die Kommunikation hat bestens geklappt, Fragen wurden umgehend beantwortet. Check-in und check-out waren problemlos. Wir haben den schönen Pool und die Ruhe genossen. Gerne wieder!!!! Einzige Anregung: Fliegenschutzgitter vor den Schlafzimmern wären prima, dann könnte man nachts ohne Klimaanlage und einfach mit frischer Luft schlafen, mit offenem Fenster hatten wir leider direkt die Mücken im Schlafzimmer.

Séjour Merveilleux

Séjour de rêve en famille dans cette propriété idéalement située. Au calme en pleine nature tout en étant très proche des plages (palombaggia, tamaricciu..) a moins de 5 min en voiture. Piscine chauffée très agréable et sécurisée, idéale avec des enfants en bas âge (enfant de 2,5 ans). Maison très bien agencée et fonctionnelle avec tout le nécessaire pour passer un agréable séjour. Merci à Charles pour la communication efficace et à Ludo qui nous a très bien accueilli, très arrangeant et de très bon conseils (cette viande 😉🤤). Nous ne pouvons que recommander et pour sûre nous reviendront.

Wunderschöne Villa

Sehr schöne Villa, geheizter Pool und Whirlpool waren super im Oktober wo es draussen schon etwas kühler wird. Alles drin und dran was es braucht. Gerne wieder! Einziger Wermutstropfen, das Meer sieht man nur vom Schlafzimmerbalkon.

Très belle maison avec une vue vraiment exceptionnelle dans un cadre paradisiaque. Piscine superbe et très agréable. Des belles surfaces dans la maison, meublée simplement et avec beaucoup de goût Barbecue bien agréable pour les repas du soir sur la terrasse, avec des éclairages top La plage superbe de Palombagia est accessible à pied (il faut tout de même aimer la marche!) ou en voiture (éventuellement il y a des parkings pas trop onéreux , 5€ la journée pour les moins chers) On a beaucoup apprécié l’accueil, l’efficacité et la disponibilité de Ludo durant le séjour.

Très bel endroit

Superbe séjour, villa au calme proche de la plage.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, très bon accueil par Ludo. La villa est située à quelques minutes à pieds de la plage de Palombaggia dans un superbe cadre. Piscine chauffée, jacuzzi, barbecue, terrasse ensoleillée, de vraies vacances!! Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir.

Nous avons vraiment apprécié les 10 jours dans cette belle maison. Tout était génial. La villa est très agréable et calme et la piscine et le jacuzzi rendent le séjour parfait. Nous n'avons pas rencontré le propriétaire personnellement, mais la correspondance par E-Mail a toujours fonctionné rapidement. Ludo nous a reçus et a tout expliqué, il était toujours disponible pour répondre à vos questions. Nous ne pouvons que recommander l'hébergement.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette superbe maison! La maison est impeccable, fonctionnelle, très confortable et très bien équipée. Le coin piscine est fantastique. L'emplacement et la vue sont extraordinaires. La maison est très bien placée également à quelques minutes de la Palombaggia. Nous avons été extrêmement bien accueillis par Ludo et par le propriétaire, l'attention aux petits détails font également une grande différence parmi toutes les maisons louées en Corse jusqu'à présent. Une de nos meilleures location, nous avons adoré la maison. Merci pour avoir contribué à la réussite de notre séjour!
