A pousada está super bem localização, bem próxima ao Quadrado e a uma breve caminhada até a praia. O quarto bem aconhegante e acolhedor. Bem limpo. Os itens de higiene como sabonete líquido, shampoo e condicionador na nossa estada foram de excelente qualidade. A cama muito confortável. Nessa pousada literalmente estamos dentro de um bosque. O café da manhã muito gostoso, preparado e servido com carinho e atenção. Ficamos muito satisfeitos. Recomendamos!!!

A pousada é boa. Ponto positivo para a localização (próxima ao Quadrado e praia dos Nativos) e hospitalidade dos funcionários. Acho que o café da manhã poderia ter mais opções. O ponto que merece atenção é a acomodação: muito embora seja amplo e com estrutura, parece depender de manutenção preventiva. Ex: a hidromassagem do meu quarto não saía água quente, o que me obrigou a mudar de quarto. No quarto seguinte, embora a hidromassagem funcionasse, o ralo do banheiro projetava odor que, ao longo do dia e ambiente majoritariamente fechado, se intensificava. Não há nenhum ponto eminentemente negativo, mas sim questões pontuais que podem ser melhoradas para a melhor experiência do hóspede.

A Pousada é ótima e fica muito perto do Quadrado! Você estaciona o carro na garagem da Pousada e faz tudo a pé, inclusive ir à praia. Café da manhã gostoso e piscina em meio a natureza. Tudo muito limpo e organizado. Decoração de muito bom gosto e jardim muito bem cuidado.

A pousada cumpre os requisitos mínimos de uma estada mas com muitos pontos a melhorar. Nota 6/7 Pontos fortes: localização (dá pra ir à pé para o quadrado e para a praia dos nativos), tem estacionamento coberto, quarto e banheiro amplos, ar condicionado adequado pro tamanho do quarto, Wi-Fi funcionante, chuveiro com água morna, toalhas ok. Pontos a melhorar: café da manhã ( pó do café em si não foi possível tomar pra quem não adoça, tempo de espera por ovos mexidos/tapioca foi de em média 30 minutos, não tem ovos mexidos disponíveis no Buffet então precisava sempre ficar aguardando ficar pronto. limpeza: a pousada é muito charmosa, arborizada então os cuidados com a limpeza faz muita diferença, atendimento dos funcionários: não achei cordiais principalmente no café da manhã, roupas de cama furada e sem aspecto de estarem limpas, controle do portão do estacionamento trocado por 2x e mesmo assim não funcionou. Em Trancoso a localização importa muito, então de modo geral isso me supriu. Mas tem uma grande janela de oportunidades de melhorias.

Goteiras quando chove

A localização da hospedagem e o café da manhã são os pontos altos. Contudo, tive problemas com goteiras e teias de aranha nos quartos. Estava chovendo muito quando estive em Trancoso e apareceram diversos pontos de goteira no meu quarto, um inclusive em cima da cama. Reclamei na recepção e nos foi dado outro quarto, que era maior, mas tinha exatamente o mesmo problema. Foram 4 goteiras em cima da cama, fora uma goteira bem forte numa das janelas do banheiro, o que deixava o cômodo todo molhado. Não voltaria ao hotel. Precisam urgentemente fazer manutenção nos telhados. Falaram que é por conta dos macacos da região, mas os hóspedes pagaram caro para não ter esse tipo de problema.

Ficamos no final de janeiro. Pousada incrível. Linda, aconchegante, sileciosa, limpa, confortável. Os aptos ficam espaçados entre a mata, que deixa o local fresco, mesmo no calor da Bahia de janeiro. Pertinho do quadrado, tipo 1 quadra de distancia. Também é perto da praia, só que é descendo uma ladeira na rua de terra, por uns 15 min de caminhada leve. Voltaria com certeza.
