Villa Azzurra is a 3-storey villa:
- ground floor is equipped with a living room with fireplace, a kitchen, a bathroom and a bedroom with a bed / mini gym depends on the needs.
- first floor has 3 double bedrooms, one with an en suite bathroom and the other two have an external bathroom; on request it is possible to add cots as the rooms are spacious;
- second floor has a bedroom with two beds and a bathroom.
For all the night department find the parquet. The villa has heating on the ground so you can walk quietly barefoot without feeling cold.
The villa is equipped with air conditioning, lava dryer, dishwasher, tv with sky, wifi, oven, microwave, sheets, towels, bathrobe, tablecloths and much more. I would like to add that the structure is new both externally but above all internally. It has not been renovated but built from scratch.
It has a DOMOTIC ELECTRICAL SYSTEM for this stands out from other properties.
It has a 12x6 pool with a huge sundeck; 3 horses with possibility to take walks.
Finally we rent our property also for events such as weddings, baptisms, birthdays, graduations and other types of parties.
