This hotel is just as beautiful as the photos online. It has a perfect location right on the river with quick access to the city center by foot. The rooms were a nice size and the beds were very comfortable. We didn't have the breakfast, but we did share dinner the night we were leaving and the food was great.

Loved this place! Love the location, right by the bridge. I kinda liked that it was an "upside down" hotel where check in was on the 14th floor. The only things I didn't care for were the restaurant ($15.00 for bread, butter & water) and the parking lot. Good luck getting in and out of that! But the people were great. The views were even better. I would definitely go back.

This was a solid 4 star stay. It's a bigger hotel than I realized, so don't expect any personal touches to your stay. It was also a bit loud at night with trams constantly going over the bridge. I'm a sound sleeper so it didn't bother me, but this might be worth considering if you're a lighter sleeper as I believe all of the rooms face the bridge. We just got a basic room, but the views were still great from the 4th floor. One thing I liked was being able to access the hotel both from the 15th floor and the 1st floor, this let us eliminate a lot of hilly walks. I prefer smaller hotels so I'd probably look for something different another time, but this hotel was perfectly adequate.

Gorgeous hotel & great position to walk to Gaia or Porto. Only slight minus was noise due to proximity to bridge/bars/metro. It wouldn’t stop me staying here again though, but I’d stay in higher floor room next time.
