Private room in shared flat where I live. Along with the room, guests have a private bathroom outside the room. They can also enjoy the lounge and balcony, shared spaces. Other spaces in the apartment are not accessible to guests.
Room features a fridge (minibar) and an electric kettle.
Smoking is only allowed on the balcony.
On the ground floor of the building there is a patisserie where guests can have breakfast or light snacks. There is also a small supermarket.
Nearby are several affordable restaurants, as well as laundries.
Walking, Leça Beach is 15-20 min and the Metro (with connection to Porto city) is about 13 min. The apartment is 750 m from Exponor, an important congress center and 2 kms from IKEA / MarShopping. The airport is 7 km (about 8 min by car).
