The receptionist Katerina was so helpful and friendly. The location of hotel was great, kind of mid town area, a little walk out of the main port area but lovely. Rooms nice and clean and we had balcony which was very pretty.

Service and check in was excellent. Room was large enough with sufficient space for our clothes etc., but was quite basically furnished. The mattress was quite well used and would probably benefit from being replaced. The screen in the shower was too short to prevent water getting onto the bathroom floor. The hotel is in a great location to easily walk to all of the tourist attractions and bars and restaurants etc. Overall we enjoyed our stay and it was good value for money.

The staff was very friendly. Nice location. Compact comfortable room, the mattress needs updated, it had sagged. Breakfast was decent with many options. Overall we had a good 3 nights in Porto.

But windowless room, unfriendly staff (one staff member got really upset because a group of guests didn't remove their breakfast tray after eating), small, busy elevators that during busy hours would mean waiting for several minutes before an elevator was free to go up to the 6th floor.

Nice hotel located very close to the Mercado do Bolhao. Rooms are a decent size and clean. Breakfast options are limited (no hot food options) but breakfast hours run long. Note that reception is on second floor and not clearly marked (it's just a table beside the bar). Staff are helpful when asked but otherwise unobtrusive.

When showering, all toilet floor get wetted and so as the toilet paper. There was too hot in the room , the air conditioning was useless. I had to open the window a bit and allow better ventilation then I got mosquito bites a lot every night. The dining area is too small.

Quiet block but near the mercado and relatively close to most must-see neighborhoods. It's a modern simple hotel, just wish they had coffee in the rooms, mattress is a bit basic, and the shower's half-wall doesn't prevent water from soaking the floor
