Negativ: Baustelle direkt gegenüber nicht mitgeteilt. Haus liegt in direkter Nähe zu einer Partymeile mit tlw. Lärm bis in den Morgen. Im Ganzen lebendige Gegend, viele Geschäfte, Restaurants und Bars. Freundliche Menschen. Wohnung, besser 3Etagenloft sauber, sehr gross aber etwas dunkel. Schlafzimmer / Bäder qualitativ sehr unterschiedlich. Dachtterasse gross aber kaum sonnig und etwas vernachlässigt. Eingang tunnelartig und nicht beleuchtet. Licht fehlt.
