A good hotel with friendly staff

I enjoyed my stay and the staff made me very welcome despite me being a solo Englishman who spoke little Portuguese. The hotel was very convenient for the railway station. Although it was winter I would have expected the hotel to be a little warmer, especially in the dining room. However I still enjoyed my visit very much.

Estadia boa, apesar do hotel ser antigo as instalaçoes estão bem conservadas e a limpeza no apto é boa, boa opção considerando o custo. A localização é boa, proximo ao centro e ao mercado central de Porto Alegre.

Os atendentes são excelentes, o quarto é grande, mas a cama deixa muito a desejar porque o colchão é de espuma e afunda.Fiquei com dor nas costas.O wi-fi é péssimo e simplesmente não funcionou no quarto 1308.

Gostamos bastante da localização do hotel e das instalações de maneira geral, bem como o atendimento. O ponto negativo para mim foi o colchão, muito macio e antigo com uma espuma comum colocada na parte superior do colchão, por isso fiquei com problema de dor lombar bem severa e por isso 4 dias sem trabalhar quando voltei pra casa.

Ao chegar nos deparamos com muitos moradores de rua, inclusive dormindo em frente ao hotel, estacionamento nas proximidades precário sem falar no cheiro de urina que não dava para aguentar. O preço do estacionamento do hotel muito caro. As acomodações são boas, café da manhã muito bom, atendimento prestativo desde a recepção até nossa saída.

Na chegada já não tinha lugar para estacionar o carro. A garagem não é no prédio, fica muito longe e além disso tem que deixar a chave com eles. A água do banho não esquentava, tomei banhos frios. O café muito fraco.

Hotel bem rustico

Fiquei apenas um dia, hotel fica no centro em Porto Alegre, porém fica em um beco, não tem estacionamento e o café fan manhã tinha poucas coisas, suco de pacote, salada de frutas com suco de pacote.
