There was no Wi-Fi in my room nor TV conection, when reporting the problem I was lead to a representative in another state and he could not fix it. The door was broken from inside, not safe although the building has security. Dirty bathroom and floors, really dirty. There was a nespresso coffee machine with specific refills, not enough coffee for the days and inability to make coffee due the specifications, and at the laundry there was disrespectful owners/rentals disrespecting my guest rights. This was the worse I wish get money back from the days without Wi-Fi

No parking available (even though they offered last week and despite plenty of space available in the building) and very poor security to enter the apartment (all apartments have the same basic 2-digit code, varying only the apartment number). Definitely not recommended this level of exposure in Brazil

Excellent, even in soft opening! All very automatic. In and out with no hassles. Codes to door and WiFi prior to arrival. All works well. Rooms impeccable. Nice area of Porto Alegre

Gostei de tudo na minha estadia, quarto arrumado, limpo, tudo funcionava corretamente. A equipe está 24hrs disponível para qualquer duvida ( e eu tive algumas e fui atendido muito bem pelos atendentes). Único ponto que eu acredito que pode melhorar é a questão do check-in em situações que o vôo é muito cedo (que no meu caso não foi uma opção pegar mais tarde). Tive que ficar esperando das 10h até as 15h da tarde para conseguir entrar no apartamento, acredito que nessa questão o charlie pode melhorar (e muito). Tirando esse fator do horario do check-in, recomendo 100% o hotel charlie.

Confortável e bem localizado.Falta manutenção

Apartamento 801. O ralo do chuveiro estava entupido e alagava, e o wifi não estava funcionando. O contato com a equipe foi bem dificil e fiquei sem internet mesmo.
