Great Hotel for Just the Basics

This hotel is really great for the basic essentials. The staff was amazing and very helpful with communicating despite my limited Portuguese. The room was small but clean. It has a small safe, mini fridge, window desk, and bed. The bathroom is along the same lines of simplicity, it came with one small shampoo and a small soap. The shower seemed like it was cleaned but not scrubbed. There was some rust on the shower head and near the drain. it was the only questionable part of the experience. Theres a restaurant and you can request breakfast in the morning for a buffet style selection. They also have a snack bar (chips, cookies, sodas) where you can pick up some items for your fridge. Nearby the hotel there is also a drug store with any essentials you may need. I would highly recommend this place for a last minute or budget booking. The staff alone is worth staying here.
