Os quartos são confortáveis, limpos e bem equipados, oferecendo um bom nível de privacidade e silêncio para descansar. O atendimento da equipe foi cordial e eficiente, sempre disposta a ajudar com informações e solicitações. O café da manhã foi satisfatório, com variedade e boa qualidade dos alimentos. A estrutura geral do hotel é bem conservada, com áreas comuns organizadas e ambiente acolhedor. O Wi-Fi funcionou adequadamente durante toda a estadia, assim como os demais serviços disponíveis. Fico em alguns hotéis ibis, porém este hotel de canoas parece em uma fase de decadência, são pequenos detalhes no apto que me faz pensar assim: chuveiro higiênico não funciona, porta do banho não fecha, porta sabonete caído, faltou água gelada a água que saia para banho extremamente quente. Em suma coisas fáceis de consertar com relevância para o hóspede.
