The room was very clean , the front staff was very helpful and sweet! Only thing that was a downside (but makes sense) due to the age of the building you can hear everything. If you are a light sleeper bring a fan to drown out some noise ! Hopefully will be back soon!

This place was better than I expected. Quiet, clean and comfortable. If I find myself in this area again, I would be inclined to stay here again. There is also a great French style bakery right behind the inn that is awesome!

Dog-friendly & great location

Second time staying here. Can walk to shops & restaurants, dog-friendly. Charming building over 200 years old. Cons: Our room was on 3rd floor, so up & down 2 flights of stairs every time we walked dog. Shower backed up 1st time we used it, but they fixed it and comped us at the bar for our shower trouble.

We enjoyed our stay and the large room for our family. You just need to keep in mind this is a 200-year-old building and is very creaky, with no elevators. The kids loved the maze of stairways and exploring. The claw-foot tub wasn't the most convenient for my tall husband, but fine for everyone else. The staff here is AMAZING, Angela is a wealth of knowledge on the area and made some great recommendations off the regular 'tourist' path!
