Enjoy this family friendly home with plenty of room to spread out. Nestled in the heart of Wilsonville, you’ll find yourself a short drive to Portland or wine country, and easy day trips to the Oregon coast and some of nature’s best waterfalls. This brand new home built in summer of 2021 has all you need for you and your family.
The space
There is plenty of room in this home which makes it a perfect place to gather with your loved ones.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you’ll need to an enjoy a home cooked meal. You’ll find brand new appliances including a 5 burner gas stove, oven and convection microwave - as well as stand mixer, crock pots and blender.
Enjoy a meal out in the attached backyard, sitting under a lighted covered patio and enjoying the multi colored sunsets.
Ready to watch a movie to end the night? Gather upstairs in the media room where you’ll enjoy a 100” projector screen and surround sound.

All bedrooms have black out curtains, crisp cotton sheets and white noise machines to create a sleeping sanctuary.
Primary bedroom and bedroom 1 have mounted 55” Flatscreen TVs.
Both full bathrooms have bath and shower options, as well as double sinks.
