What a lovely property! It was so quaint and quiet for an Inn. The property was very clean, plenty of hot water, an excellent breakfast with both hot and cold items, all staff were very pleasant and had ample smiles. They kept the old-school decor of an inn. It truly was lovely…also walkable to downtown Old Orchard Beach and the Pier. I already have a reservation for this property for later this summer. I am looking forward to it.

The room has very high fragrance, may be room fresher or something. Tried calling helpdesk (before 5pm itself) but no response. There isn't enough lighting in the room, TV is not working, bathroom door doesn't fit. And it is way too pricey for that room. If someone is planning on short notice, not finding any other hotel and want something near to beach - I would recommend this, otherwise NO.
