Needs upkeep
Walked in to a lobby with several young men selling merch and tshirts looked to be like they had customers in and out. Stench of cigarettes stale. Room was filthy with a couple water bottles under bed. I had to grab Lysol wipes and spray from my car to clean and used my own sheets because there was hair on the beds. Door was not working properly and had to be jimmy rigged to open and looked like it had been kicked in. Convenient location but not a cozy clean place to stay. Could be great if kept up better.

Budget option but dated and not super clean
Quite dated low budget hotel. Staff was very friendly even though took a while to find our reservation and we were put in the wrong room type (booked an ADA but it was not). Room had stains on the chair and the bathroom sink was dirty. Beds weren’t comfortable. Air conditioning worked well though! We ended up leaving after seeing the room to stay at a nicer hotel nearby as we weren’t comfortable in the room and wanted a relaxing night in.

Staff were really nice and accommodating. Room was spacious, a/c was COLD (which was great because it was sooo hot out), proximity to the convention centre was fantastic, and covered parking was a huge plus. Larger mini fridge with freezer and microwave was also really nice. Cons - hotel could use an upgrade (old fixtures, carpets, and furniture, incl beds). Windows are old and didn't keep out the noise from the busy street outside (you could hear every sound). No closet - only hooks for clothes which was inconvenient as we had a lot of clothes to hang. Only 1 baggage cart for the entire hotel. But we had a pleasant stay.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was better than some of the more expensive hotels that I have stayed in. Transportation was spectacular which made dining and shopping a breeze. Will consider staying here again.
