Had a great stay after a conference. The lobby is under construction but the staff more than made up for that minor inconvenience. Room was well prepared, spacious and had a great view, even though it was only the 3rd floor. My only gripe is that the bathroom fixtures felt a bit dated and poorly maintained, but everything worked and was very clean. All in all: a well located property with a great staff and rooms that are very nice given the age of the building.

I completely understand that the property is under construction, I do enjoy Holidays Inns usually. But from the parking being almost non existence, having to pay $20 per car per night. There was a convention, and during check in, it was a wreck of a long line where no one knew if we were in like to check into the hotel OR for some weird convention. There was no where to put the luggage down, or where to go. Very very inconvenient. The room was fairly clean, although there was still last customer's trash left in room

Our stay at this hotel exceeded our expectations. Though the parts of the facility were under remodeling/construction we never would have known except for entering/leaving through an alternate route. All areas that we visited were very clean and beds in our room were very comfortable. All staff we encountered were courteous pleasant and concerned about our comfort and needs. My husband is blind and all staff were intuned to this. Mark, Grisel and Richard at the front desk were wonderful as were the dining room staff. We only had breakfast during our stay but it was delicious. Alex the van driver was pleasant as well. We will definitely return here.

Great location

We stayed overnight for a couples getaway. Even though they were under construction, everything was clean and orderly. We prepaid for our breakfast and was shocked at the amoint of food we got. It was very good. Just surprising amount. I would only park in the garage under the hotel if you have a tiny car. Otherwise, use their other garage. Nice hotel and staff. Would stay again.

The lobby being under construction couldn’t be helped. But the lock on the hotel room door not locking for 24 hours was an issue. It was eventually fixed. Upon entering the room, no toilet paper or shower curtain was in the room and the key cards working to swipe the elevators to move with hit or miss. Staffed their best rectify it but it’s just a long list to deal with on one visit.

There was a conference going on, and the front lobby was under going construction… they had to make room keys in a hall way down a back door. It was absolutely ridiculous. Completely under staff. Took 2 HOURS. 2 Hours to get my room that was upgraded for the inconvenience, but stripped from me as soon as I checked in after my two hour lunch across the street because your reastaurant wasn’t even open ??? Overall. Horrible experience

There was an odd smell. The hotel smelled like disinfectant, more like a hospital. They say they have transportation but just not for the time we needed; no offers of assistance. One of the women at the make shift desk was friendly but the other wasn’t, even when we were trying to figure out options for getting to the airport and finding dinner. We ended up buying frozen meals but there are no microwaves in the rooms so we had to use the one by the elevator. It felt just very sketchy. Ice machine broken as well.

Overall this was a decent 2 night stay. The room we booked was huge and had a nice view of the bay. The bed was also extremely comfortable and the room was clean. The staff were all so friendly and helpful as well. Unfortunately there were some negatives though. The heat in the room was very inconsistent- sometimes it was freezing and blowing out cold air and other times it was hot. Also the hotel was going under renovations, which normally isn’t a huge deal, but we weren’t told of this until after we already booked the room and received confusing instructions on how/where to park. Not very convenient. The pool was also freezing and the sauna did not work. I also would not recommend purchasing the breakfast that is offered as I did not feel like it was worth it.
