This was the 2nd time staying at this hotel. It has been a few years since the first stay and this last one reminded me why real quick. The location is okay. Not the cleanest surroundings but okay. The hotel is very dated and it shows. Carpets are filthy in hallways and was the same on both visits. Checked in at 4:00 with 4 people in line. 1 person working counter. Since you cant check in until 3:00 maybe have extra help at check in time. Very slow. Not the staffs fault. She did say shes only been there 6 months and did the best she could with the line. My room was a king bed. It was comfy enough. Room was pretty small, but hey, you are just sleeping so it works. So heres the kicker. There was mold under window and bottom of window sill. I dont see a place to attatch photos but i did put them on the Expedia room review. I will not stay here again. $50-60 a night more elsewhere is worth it for the upgrades and cleanliness. The thing i will give up is location which is close to my sons house who we were visiting.

Nice stay

Staff were all wonderful. The room was comfortable and clean. Great location. Only flaw is the elevator. It's small and slow but that wasn't a huge issue. Breakfast was good too.

Very clean, very nice, welcoming staff. Breakfast was really good. We stay at comfort inns when traveling all the time and our favorite part is always the waffles. The hotel is pet friendly and our room was clean you couldn’t even tell other pets stay there before which I say because the last hotel before this one was beat up and just a tightened up room kinda gross. We walked and had dinner at the restaurant next door and it was delicious too. Would definitely recommend

Great customer service.

Our first room we were offered smelled of smoke. Abby at the front desk did not hesitate to move us and gave us an upgrade with no additional fee. Se was an excellent host.
