Nice duplex conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood close to downtown Vancouver. It appears to have very recently undergone a complete renovation as everything seemed quite clean and new. Kitchen was on the small side but well laid out with all new appliances. One bedroom upstairs and a large bedroom that would sleep 4 downstairs with its own separate full bath. Very comfortable and nice. A small fenced in private yard with good shade, good place to have morning coffee. You need to use street parking but in this neighborhood it wasn't really a problem. If there was someone staying/living on the other side we never heard them. Would stay there again and would recommend it.
