Roomy, clean & friendly staff.

Upon check in, the front desk staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. I was alone with my two kids and she could probably feel the stress from me! She let me know there was no clean one king bedrooms but she kindly let me know she would upgrade us to a two king bedroom at no cost. The room was extremely roomy and clean. Our phone in the room did not work but that's not a big deal. The noise level though is rough and you can hear everyone above you walking. However, we always travel with a noise machine! There was also this flashing light that was going off all night on the ceiling, I am thinking maybe the fire alarm light. Not sure. It was kind of distracting. The pool was amazing and we spent 2 hours there! Overall, I'd recommend to stay here!

I thoroughly enjoyed my recent stay at your establishment. The check-in process was seamless, and I truly appreciated how kind and knowledgeable your staff members were. I particularly want to commend the prompt service I received when I had an issue with my TV; someone was in my room within two minutes to fix it, which was fantastic. Overall, the friendly service was exceptional. The parking situation was also very convenient, with both paid parking and available street parking nearby. The location is excellent, being close to the freeway and shopping areas, yet still offering a quiet neighborhood away from the city's hustle and bustle. The park with a walking path right in front was a lovely bonus. I will definitely be staying here again!

I liked the facility for the amenities, though the pool looks much bigger in pictures than in person. We used the pool table and the giant Jenga, and my cocktail from the bar was delicious. I love the idea of a sliding barn door for the bathroom in the room but it was so heavy to get closed and open, my kids were not fans. It would have been nice to have a clock in the room and an outlet on the wall side of the bed but those aren't deal breakers.
