The Neighborhood:

Located in Portland’s sought-after Overlook neighborhood, this home is just one block from Mississippi Avenue—a lively hub of Portland culture. Walk to some of the city’s best restaurants, breweries, coffee shops, music venues, and local boutiques. The neighborhood is known for its walkability, friendly feel, and easy access to transit.



It’s a 5-minute drive to downtown Portland, and the property is close to MAX light rail, bus lines, and freeway access for convenient travel around the metro area.



Getting Around:

🚶 Walking — Mississippi Avenue is one of Portland's liveliest strips, packed with restaurants, bars, music venues, and unique shops — all within walking distance.



🚌 Bus — TriMet Route 4 (Fessenden) runs along Williams and Vancouver avenues every 15 minutes with direct service to downtown (~15 min).



🚲 Biking — BIKETOWN bike-share stations nearby. Portland's bike lane network makes cycling easy and safe.



🚗 Driving — Free street parking is generally available. Rideshare (Uber/Lyft) typically arrives in under 5 minutes.
