This is a lovely property with an amazing staff! They are very receptive of your needs, even giving rides from the parking lot very late in the evening back to your hotel room. The rooms are very pretty and clean. If you are looking for an all inclusive that is definitely worth it, this is the place!

It was an okay resort. Not luxury. Not 5 star. Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are clean and decently maintained but common areas less so - peeling paint, jettisoned furniture and some litter about. Biggest opportunity for improvement is food - very mid offerings and well below top tier service levels

Great location with a beautiful beach just an 800-meter walk away. The food was excellent, especially the buffet, which had a great selection of seafood. The shuttle drivers were wonderful—very friendly, helpful, and enjoyable to chat with. The bar staff were also welcoming and provided excellent service. The only downside was my experience with one of the reception staff at the parking area, which I brought to the attention of the general manager. Other than that, we had a very enjoyable stay as well no washrooms in the lobby or bar areas only at the restaurants
