Just about everything about this hotel was excellent. One complaint was that the air conditioning in the room was inconsistent. We would go from being blasted by air to sweating with the room on Auto at 72. Also, they would benefit from having 2 carafes of regular coffee at breakfast since it seemed like it ran out quickly, but we were never waiting too long for a refill. Other than that, it was a wonderful stay! Clean, lots of space, friendly staff, great pool, and great breakfast. As a bonus, we were thrilled that they had both oat milk and a gluten-free, dairy-free muffin for our allergy kiddo to enjoy!

The hotel was oversold and we had to find another hotel. Fortunately the hotel manager directed us to another hotel but more expensive. This is Expedia’s fault! After driving over 700 miles and exhausted, we had this experience.

Very nice hotel. Friendly staff. My only complaint is that the hotel does not keep the coffee warm and ready for their guests. Most hotels have coffee always available in their lobby. This hotel does not. Many guests complained about that. Please keep coffee ready. Pool & hot tub were nice. Decent breakfast. Friendly staff.
