This house was a very clean and comfortable place to enjoy the Port St. Joe/Cape San Blas area. It was very roomy for our 4 adults and 2 children family. I was not on the beach but had a very easy and pleasant 5 minute walk to the pool and beach. The host was very easy to communicate with and answered any questions we had quickly.

We stayed at Baywatch for Fall break this year and were very pleased with the property. The home was extremely clean and immediately felt like home as we walked in. As we entered the property, we were greeted with a basket of snacks and water that the kids immediately tore into. The owners/hosts’ attention to detail was obvious, from the extras such as games, bikes, beach gear, to the decor and cleanliness of the home. Communication was quick, with hosts providing recommendations for things to do in the area and answering questions. The home is the first on the street, so there is a little walk to the beach, but we found that a quick drive to the boardwalk to drop off gear and then a bike ride back to the boardwalk was a quick and efficient way to get to the beach. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

The house is beautiful and was extremely clean upon check-in. The host was communicative. The pool was excellent and easily accessed. The trek to the beach was a bit far for the little ones but was worth the hike!
