This beautifully decorated two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo offers everything you need for a relaxing and memorable getaway. The master suite boasts a king-sized bed and a luxurious en-suite bathroom with a standalone shower and garden tub, while the second bedroom features a cozy queen bed. A sofa sleeper in the living area provides extra sleeping space for friends or family.

Spend your mornings sipping coffee on the balcony with sweeping views, unwind in the swimming pool or hot tub, or fire up a meal in the communal grilling area. With two elevators, convenience is at your fingertips, and the famous Killer Seafood restaurant is just a short stroll away. Fully equipped and thoughtfully designed, Paradise Shores 209 is your ideal home-away-from-home for sun, sand, and relaxation.

Non-smoking unit and does not allow pets. All rentals are on a first come, first serve basis.

CANCELLATION POLICY: A cancellation fee of $200.00 will be charged if you cancel your reservation. Telephone the office as soon as possible in the event you must cancel, change dates or switch properties. Please note that if the reservation is cancelled within 45 days of arrival, we cannot refund your advanced rental payment. Once your reservation is confirmed, any cancellations/date or property changes will be subject to our cancellation policies. Sorry, no refunds for early departures. You may also use the advanced rental payment for a future booking and avoid the cancellation fee. Please call our office if you would like to make arrangements.

The floors were filthy. A few minutes of walking around in bare feet and the soles of our feet were black. have also stayed in other condos that had more kitchen utilities.

Enjoyable stay

Mexico Beach is an enjoyable, laid back community with many dining options and within driving distance of more shopping opportunities.. The condo was extremely clean, well decorated with comfortable furniture and bedding. The location directly across from the beach was ideal. However, a few extra touches would have made our visit a 5-star experience. - beach towels - a more generous supply of bath soap (bars were barely enough for 1 shower) and toilet paper (less than a full roll in each bathroom) - a hair dryer - basic kitchen supplies including salt, pepper, coffee filters, and common spices.

Perfect location

Loved our stay! The condo is much larger than the pictures show. Very roomie, not a cramped 2 bedroom condo at all. The bathrooms and laundry room are also great sizes. There is beach access directly across the street and if the beach is too windy the amazing pool looks out to the beach! We loved our stay. Thank you.

This property was super cute beachy decorated, nice beds clean and great location. it was steps to the beach just across the street to be exact. the pool was awesome and very clean as well as the hot tub. we would stay there again.

Condo was immaculate and decorated nicely. Very easy access to the beach and Restuarants. Toucans was fun and just across the street. Property was well maintained and clean. Would definitely rent here again :)
