Beach Front pet free town home overlooking the gulf situated on beautiful Indian Pass. This end unit, 3 bedroom, 2 bath property is very comfortable for a nice, quiet getaway. Located just 80 steps to the beach, Pelican Landing 3 is nestled in the heart of one of the finest stretches of beach reminiscent of “Old Florida” surrounded by gorgeous natural vegetation. For large family stays, this unit is located within a triplex, all three rented by Pristine Properties, Pelican's Landing 1, 2 and 3.
Floor Plan: 1st Level-Living room with TV, DVD player, radio and sliding glass doors that open out onto a gulf front covered balcony with raised balcony chairs to see over the balcony rail; dining area, all electric kitchen with breakfast bar and Bedroom #1 – w/Queen size bed connected to the living room through a full bath with large separate shower & comfort height toilet; 2nd Level-Bedroom #2 – 2 twin beds and a full bath with a large separate shower; comfort height toilet and a separate relaxing Jacuzzi tub that adjoins Bedroom #3 – a large gulf front master bedroom with king-size bed, gulf front balcony, flat screen TV, VCR/DVD, and a utility room w/washer and dryer. Beautiful and secluded

Everything about our stay at Pelican Landing 3 was fantastic, from the secluded nature of the beach and easy beach access to the covered decks, which allowed us to enjoy the beach even in the heat of the day! Our only disappointment was how shallow and muddy the water was; we had to go to another family member’s rental on Cape San Blas to swim.

Old Florida Beach

Awesome location! First time in this area - had fun exploring. Had the beach to ourselves! Water looks similar to bay water, but crystal clear beaches are a short drive away. We had a fun time fishing from the shoreline - caught a lot of fish. So many shells as well. Enjoyed bonfires on the beach at night. Property decor is a little dated, but owners put a lot of thought into helping guests feel welcome, Was hard to leave when our week ended,

We normally do not cook in during vacation so availability of reasonable food near by was not to be

We love you Cape San Blas!! It broke our hearts to see the devastation and the trauma that everyone went through! The location was great and the owner had it stock with kitchen goods for cooking. The floor was sticky when we got there. The tubs had trouble draining (first world problems) Overall, we had a blast! Thank you for the memories and for sharing your home!! Oh, the king bed was like a portal. That was a little frustrating, but it might be Cindy for the owners. Thank you!!!!!!! The pool out front was fabulous! We swam at night and looked up at the stars. Cape San Blas is our favorite vacation spot for pure relaxation!! You will rise again!!!

5/18 Beautiful view with close proximity to the beach.

This is a very quiet place. One would almost think you are on a private beach. The view from the condo is amazing with sliding doors opening to the bay from the living room and master bedroom. The kitcken is well furnished with cookware and everything else you might need. I would give this a five star rating if the owners would put some memory foam matress toppers on the beds. The beds were pretty uncomfortable. I would definitely stay here again and I would like to thank the owners for sharing their little piece of paridise with us
