Located in the beautiful Seagrass subdivision with paved roads and community pool with clubhouse. Two Master Suites with private bath, Queen BR with private bath, and two bunk rooms with connecting bath. Private, heated, salt water pool with ½ bath next to pool and outdoor shower. MUST BE 25 YEARS OR OLDER TO RESERVE/OCCUPY HOME.

●Leave all towels in pile on floor of each bathroom ●Leave all sheets in respective room ●Pick up all trash and cups/dishes on decks and around pool area ●Dirty dishes washed in dishwasher/put away

Relaxing Vacation

This was the perfect vacation, house was great and the Cape is perfect, white sands, crystal clear waters, great fishing, no rush to do anything. This was our 19th year in a row going to the Cape and this was the cleanest house we ever stayed in. It had everything you needed in the kitchen and had plenty of beach accessories. We probably could have packed lighter for the trip. Property owner was attentive and available at all times.

Great house, great lovation

We loved the layout of this home perfect for young kids to hang with cousins and adults have some space for themselves. The main floor became the kid space for gaming. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked - we didn’t need any utensils that weren’t present. The house was clean, beds were really comfy. The pool was great too! Keith was super responsive with any minor issues. We will stay here again.

We’ve stayed in several large, beautiful homes on the Cape, but this one was by far the best! Honestly, the only downside is that the photos online don’t do it justice—it’s even prettier in person.This house has everything you possibly could need. It was thoughtfully designed with a fantastic layout, a fully stocked kitchen (every utensil and piece of cookware you can imagine), a perfectly placed elevator, and so much more. The short walk on the trail to the beach, the privacy, the easy access to the bay, and the private pool made our stay exceptional.Every detail was well planned, and it truly felt like a home away from home. The host was exceptional—responsive, thoughtful, and made sure everything was perfect for our stay. We can’t wait to come back!
