Beach View Home On Cape San Blas
King's Landing is a 5 bedroom, 4.5 bath home that awaits renters to enjoy and return to year after year. It is within walking or biking distance to the Trading Post. You can't forget the delicious Weber's donuts.
The open garage area provides ample room for many cars to park. There is also a storage area for renters to store their beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers pool (can not be heated) area is accessible from the garage area as well. The pool area is fenced in with chairs and tables to relax in. There is also a gas grill provided in the pool area of the home.
On the first floor of the home you will find: A king bedroom with a full bathroom and private access to the gulf view deck. A queen bedroom with a bathroom (shower only) and access to the gulf view deck. A bunk room with 2 sets of bunk beds and another Queen bedroom. There is another full bathroom and access to the bay view deck.
The second floor of King's Landing has your kitchen/Living/Dining areas. There are amazing views!! There is also another king bedroom with a full bathroom next to the kitchen. This room has views of St. Joseph's Bay.
This home comes with free Wi/Fi and free long distance. There are TVs in every bedroom and plenty of room for everyone to eat. The dining room table seats 8, there is a bar area which seats 4 and a table outside on the deck that seats 4. There are also 2 wonderful rocking chairs on the top deck to relax and watch the gorgeous sunsets. We hope you will come and visit this home.
