This spacious villa is a perfect family vacation getaway! It is surrounded by a large screened heated pool that has a full patio set with chairs and BBQ where you can enjoy and relax in the Florida Sunshine.

We are thrilled to tell you about this beautiful, 3 bedroom home on Port Richey!!! Located in the Westport Community, this recently renovated home has a private pool and scenic wooded views

Entering the home, you'll be impressed by the open floor living room, which is highlighted by the built-in lights. The massive sliding doors allow in an abundance of natural light. This main living room area has comfortable, modern furnishing which faces the 55" plasma television. Between this area and the kitchen, you'll find a large dining table with seating for 6 guests.

Moving into the renovated kitchen area, you'll appreciate the upgraded cabinetry, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. The central island provides a great spot for prepping meals & entertaining, and it boasts two additional stools for seating. From the kitchen area, you can access the lovely screened pool area.

Perhaps the most exciting part of the home, however, is the outside back deck area. Spend your days taking a swim in the large pool or relaxing in the chairs. Imagine yourself enjoying a cup of coffee while taking unique wildlife overnight playing card games with friends and family on the cozy screened pool.

Great little spot close to everything

The property was amazing, some of the furniture listed on online listing was different, but the inside was great. The pool was amazing. The neighborhood looks like it is being rebuilt, but no issues at all. The property manager was easy to get a hold of. It is close to the highway the beach a few minutes away. I will definitely book here again.

We rented this property and had a wonderful time, especially meeting my great-nephew for the first time. The house was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We all enjoyed swimming and relaxing together. It was a great experience overall—I highly recommend this property!

Overall, the house was perfect for our one night stay in transit to our cruise. The house was clean with plenty of space for our family of five and our daughter loved the pool. Claudia was great to communicate with and gave great restaurant suggestions in the area. We were a little concerned about the neighborhood at first but soon realized that this area was hit hard by two back to back hurricanes so many homes on the street are under renovation. The street is very quiet though and we never felt unsafe during our stay.

The property is very clean. Several Neighbors have a lot of trash in their yard, maybe from renovations but not a pleasant sight when driving up to the property. This property is well maintained though. The patio furniture is not as pictured and outdated. But the home is beautiful and clean. The pool is very nice as well.

Nice property, just needs some TLC.

The property had a few safety issues. A chair in the dining room had a loose leg and the pool needs to be resurfaced and the rail leading into the pool was very loose. I was unable to connect to the TV in the living room. I eventually had to use my own online accounts to stream tv in the living room. The sheets in the bedrooms were stained and I had to wash them before we could sleep in the beds. Also, the pool cues/sticks did not have tips. We had to go buy super glue to fix them so we could use the pool table. The property needs a serious cleaning from the dust on the lamps to the air vents in the bathrooms.

Nice place, great pool

Overall it was a lovely home. The kitchen garbage can should be replaced as the interior of the lid is rather gross. And the couch in the living room is very uncomfortable. Other than that the place was clean, well air conditioned and the pool was fantastic.

Quiet and relaxing

Claudia was amazing. House was what we expected, it’s an older home with older furniture. Ice maker does not work which was not a problem, there’s a store right down the road. Instructions for tvs need updating but it’s easy to figure out. Grill was brand new! Pool table, bicycles, and swimming pool got used the most! The pool is huge! Super quiet neighborhood! It was the perfect relaxing getaway without the fuss of crowds. Food we had nearby: Catches -delicious seafood Back Draughts Pizza -brick oven pizza and cannolis Would definitely stay here again!

The house was perfect for our family of 8. The pool was a great size and was enjoyed by everyone. The owner was great and quick to respond. The refrigerator did freeze some of our items but other than that everything was great. There were plenty of dishes, blender, coffee pot, toaster, etc. I would suggest an umbrella or some kind of shade for the back patio around the pool.
