The room was spacious with plenty of room for sitting the luggage and hanging up items. The breakfast was good. Our tub had rust in one area. It would be nice to have a walk in shower (it would also be safer for elderly guests). The toilets sit unbelievably low with no rail to help stand.I find this in all Holiday Inn's where we have stayed. The staff was courteous and helpful. It is our preferred hotel but we be even better with a few improvements suggested above. Thank you!

checked in Jan 26th,sunday,to attend an event,took a shower to find out the tub is clogged up and filled the tub up to our mid calves,but no choice we cant missed the funeral service for a friend,when its my husband’s turn to shower,he slipped and fell in the tub,landed on his back,thank God he didnt hit his gead! reported it to the front desk,who just said “we dont have a maintenance at this time,we have somebody to check it in the morning,came back to the hotel to find iut that the tub didnt drain at all,went again to the desk hoping to get another room but said NO,no room available and we ended up just asking for extra towels for the bathroom floor as water splattered on the floor,she gave us 2 bath mats,the following morning woke up to see the tub still filled with water and ended up not taking a shower ,spoke with the manager who apologized for the inconvenience,and emphasized to her that the experience could have been worst if other people esp elderly would slipped anf fall and die! because of negligence! it gave us a feeling of taken for granted!”
