• This home is pet-friendly with prior permission. Only dogs, must be approved by insurance policy— 2-Pet Maximum Limit - $100 pet fee per pet plus tax.
• No parties permitted – this home is designed for quiet enjoyment and respectful use only
• Minimum Age for the Primary Renter is 25, and the Primary Renter must be present for the entire stay
• All of our Homes are Non-Smoking
• Boat lift is not available for guest use. Guests can tie boat to dock
