"False advertisement on Hotels.com. Pool was not working. Beach was not as pictured due to hurricane. Front desk was very unfriendly. Forced us to eat our dinner in the room instead of dining room and then charged us double for dinner. Bar staff ignored us and charged us double the locals. Locals ..."
